Jamie and his company, North Wing Design and Permit, were recommended to me by another commercial surveying company. Having just bought a home in a protected watershed area in an unfamiliar new town, I was very overwhelmed with understanding all the rules, regulations, and guidelines that needed to be followed throughout the property. Jamie quickly came out and walked the property with us, and day one we have a plan of what needs to be focused on and a plan of action on how we would proceed. It was great being able to describe as a lay homeowner what we wanted and have someone like Jaime, specialized in the process, to translate that into real designs. We cannot be happier with our work with North Wing and fully recommend partnering with Jamie.

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie at North Wing Design and Permit. I needed to get the necessary permits to build a dock system in Meredith, New Hampshire. The process was as smooth and painless as possible and Jamie took the lead on all aspects of the process. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. During the project Jamie was very responsive and always available to answer questions and always kept me updated. I highly recommend working with Jamie and North Wing.

It is with great pleasure that we write this recommendation for North Wing Design and Permit, LLC. The shoreland application that was submitted to the state and to us was extremely professional and informative and will inform any future work that may be done on the property. The site map was an exquisite rendition and worthy of framing. We regard Jamie as a trustworthy steward of the land and the law. We have been grateful for his commitment, reliability, and loyalty to his clients. We are pleased to recommend his services to others.

We engaged Jamie and North Wing Design and Permit to develop the site plan and pursue all the approvals for the development of our waterfront property we purchased in Alton. His previous ten years of experience, and his demonstrable expertise gave us great confidence. During the process, Jamie was responsive and creative, never hesitating to bring in additional expertise as necessary to ensure a successful result. We got all the approvals for our project in relatively short order. We couldn’t be more impressed with Jamie‘s professionalism, and his interactions, with us, the town, and state officials every step of the way. We would highly recommend Jamie as a lead resource on your project team.
